Use 350°F as a general starting temperature for baking chicken (and many baked foods)
When unsure, start baking around 350°F and adjust higher only if needed.
For a simple baseline, set the oven to 350°F for baking chicken and most general baking tasks. If you need more browning or faster cooking, you can increase the temperature.
