Stage your cooking utensils in a hot-water bain-marie so they’re always ready
Keep frequently used utensils in a container of hot water near your station so you’re not digging through drawers mid-cook.
At the start of cooking, gather the utensils you expect to use (spoons, spatulas, tongs, whisk, etc.). Store them in a pot/insert filled halfway with hot water so they’re immediately accessible during prep and cooking.
