Ingredients
  • 500 grams Organic fat-free yogurt
  • SaltA good pinch
  • Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons English mustard
  • Basil(optional)Green and purple, or cilantro/coriander
  • Garlic(optional)
  • Cayenne pepper(optional)Or a little chili
  • 2 tablespoons VinegarCider or white wine vinegar, or lemon juice

    Combine 500 grams of organic fat-free yogurt in a bowl.

    Add a good pinch of salt and some pepper.

    Mix in 2 teaspoons of English mustard.

    Add herbs like basil or cilantro, and optional garlic.
