- •SaltA good pinch

- •2 teaspoons English mustard
- •Basil(optional)Green and purple, or cilantro/coriander
- •Garlic(optional)
- •Cayenne pepper(optional)Or a little chili
- •2 tablespoons VinegarCider or white wine vinegar, or lemon juice
