  • 1/8 cup Olive oilFor rolls
  • Egg washFor rolls
  • Sesame seeds(optional)For rolls

  • Panko bread crumbsFor onion rings

    Brine the brisket in a mixture of warm water, salt, sugar, liquid smoke, and smoked sea salt for 1-2 days.

    Add pink salt to the brisket 2 hours before cooking to create a smoke ring effect.

    Make a glaze with molasses, liquid aminos, and liquid smoke. Brush on the brisket.
