Wash and soak 2 cups of glutinous rice in cold water for 5 hours.

Boil 1/4 cup of white sugar with 2 tablespoons of water for 6 minutes to make caramel sauce.

Steam the soaked rice for 40 minutes, then stir and steam for another 20 minutes.

Prepare seasoning sauce by mixing 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder.

Cut 14 large jujubes in half and prepare 1/4 cup dried cranberries and 2 tablespoons pine nuts.

Mix the steamed rice with the seasoning sauce, caramel sauce, 1/4 cup honey, jujubes, cranberries, pine nuts, and canned chestnuts.
