Ingredients
  • 10 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • White pepper powder(optional)Optional, for seasoning
  • 1 cup Refined flour
  • 1 OnionPierced with cloves
  • Salt(optional)To taste
  • 3 ClovePierced into onion

    Heat the milk in a pan.

    Pierce cloves into the onion and add to the milk with a bay leaf for flavoring.

    In another pan, melt the butter.

    Add flour to the melted butter and cook on low heat without browning.

    Remove the onion and bay leaf from the milk, then add the milk to the flour mixture while whisking to avoid lumps.

    Continue whisking until the sauce thickens.
