  • .5 lb English cheddar cheesestrong, sharp
  • .5 tsp Black pepperto taste
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustarda nice dollop
  • 2 tbsp Heavy creamto make it moist and spreadable
  • 1 Egg yolkfor color
  • 2 tbsp Beer(optional)IPA, optional for flavor
  • 2 slices Breadfresh, good quality

    Add black pepper, Dijon mustard, heavy cream, and egg yolk to the cheese.
