  • Russet potatoescut in thirds, parboiled, cooled, then grated
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • Salt(optional)to taste, after frying
  • Oilfor frying

    Cut russet potatoes into thirds and parboil (partially cook) for about 10 minutes.
