Ingredients
  • Boiled rice
  • French beanschopped
  • Spring onionschopped
  • Oil
  • Garlicchopped
  • Carrotschopped
  • Cabbagechopped
  • Green capsicumchopped
  • Soya sauce
  • 1 spoon Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Onionchopped
  • Pepper powder
Instructions

    Heat oil in a wok on high heat.

    Add chopped garlic and sauté briefly.

    Add chopped onions, carrots, French beans, green capsicum, cabbage, and a little spring onions. Toss quickly.

    Add salt and soya sauce. Mix well.

    Add pepper powder and boiled rice. Toss gently to mix without breaking the rice grains.

    Add vinegar and mix again. Heat through.
