- •1 cup Oat flour(optional)or 3/4 cup (90g) of plain flour

Preheat oven to 180°C and line a 20cm square pan with parchment paper.

Melt 150g semi-sweet chocolate and 1/4 cup unsalted butter or coconut oil in a microwave in 30-second intervals.

Add 2/3 cup milk or plant-based milk, 2/3 cup sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla to the melted chocolate mixture.

Mix in 1 cup oat flour or 3/4 cup plain flour, 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt.

Fold in 1/2 cup toasted walnuts and 2 Tbsp chocolate chips if using.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.
