Tuna Pasta with Tomato Sauce

- •passata Cherry tomatoessweet, combined with tomato filets
- •1 Onionvery finely chopped
- •2 Garlic clovescrushed
- •Chili pepper(optional)to taste, very spicy
- •1 handful Fresh parsleyhalf for cooking, half for garnish
- •1 package Spaghettior tube pasta
- •Extra virgin olive oilfor sautéing

Finely chop the onion and crush the garlic cloves.

Heat a pan over medium heat and add extra virgin olive oil.

Add the garlic to the pan, sauté until golden, then remove.

Add the chopped onion to the pan and sauté until golden.

Add the canned tuna filets to the pan and cook for less than a minute.

Add half of the fresh parsley and a bit of chili pepper to taste.
