- •1 clove Garlicchopped
- •1 teaspoon Salt
- •Ground black pepper(optional)just a little bit
- •1 Egg
- •1 tablespoon Plain flour
- •1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- •Canola oilfor frying

Drain the canned tuna and press it down to remove excess liquid.

Place the drained tuna in a bowl.

Add chopped garlic, salt, a little ground black pepper, and an egg to the bowl.

Add one tablespoon of plain flour and mix well.
