  • 1 can Canned tunadrained
  • 1 clove Garlicchopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • Ground black pepper(optional)just a little bit
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • Canola oilfor frying

    Drain the canned tuna and press it down to remove excess liquid.

    Place the drained tuna in a bowl.

    Add chopped garlic, salt, a little ground black pepper, and an egg to the bowl.

    Add one tablespoon of plain flour and mix well.

    Heat a pan and add canola oil for frying.
