  • 2 Large eggs
  • All-purpose flour
  • Milk
  • Salt
  • Beef drippingAlso known as beef tallow
  • Pork sausagesPart-cooked

    Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F or gas mark 6).

    Whisk two large eggs in a bowl.

    Add flour to the beaten eggs and mix into a thick paste.

    Gradually add milk to the paste, whisking until smooth.

    Add salt to the batter and transfer to a jug. Refrigerate until needed.

    Melt beef dripping in a 26 cm baking tin in the oven.

    Part-cook sausages in an air fryer for 6 minutes at 170°C (340°F).

    Place sausages in the hot tin with melted dripping, leaving gaps between them.

    Return the tin to the oven for 5 minutes to heat sausages and dripping.

    Pour the Yorkshire pudding batter over the sausages.

    Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
