  • 240 ml Warm water
  • 3 g Sugar
  • 7 g Instant dried yeast
  • 500 g All-purpose flour
  • 10 g Salt
  • 30 ml Vegetable oil
  • 50 g Rice flourFor topping
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oilFor topping

    Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 10 minutes to activate.

    Combine salt and flour in a bowl.

    Add yeast mixture and oil to a stand mixer. Gradually add flour and mix for 12 minutes.

    Knead dough briefly, form into a ball, and place in an oiled bowl. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.

    Punch down dough, return to bowl, cover, and let rise for another 45 minutes.

    Prepare baking tray with oil. Shape dough into a ball and place on tray. Let rise for 45 minutes.

    Mix water, rice flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and sesame oil for topping. Let sit until active.

    Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Place a pan of hot water in the oven.
