Preheat air fryer to 170°C (340°F).

Prick sausages and cook in air fryer for 17 minutes.

Prepare another rack with tomato half, black pudding slice, and hash brown. Lightly coat with cooking oil.

Season with sea salt and black pepper.

When 8 minutes are left on sausages, start cooking the tomato, black pudding, and hash brown at 180°C (355°F) for 7 minutes.

Add bacon to the air fryer and increase temperature to 180°C (355°F).

Fry sliced mushrooms in olive oil and butter until golden.
