Teriyaki Salmon with Soba Noodle Salad

Slice garlic and ginger, and add to a bowl.

Add soy sauce, rice wine, maple syrup, and olive oil to the bowl to make the marinade.

Rub the salmon with the marinade and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.

Cook soba noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain.
