Ingredients
  • Bread flour
  • Cornmeal
  • Yeast
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • WaterAround 90°F
  • Oil

    Add bread flour, cornmeal, yeast, sugar, and salt to a bowl. Quick mix.

    Add water around 90°F and oil. Mix to incorporate all the ingredients.

    Pour onto the countertop and knead slightly until all flour and water are incorporated.

    Let it rest for 30 minutes.

    Knead for another 2 minutes.

    Lightly oil containers and place dough inside.

    Create tension on the dough surface and pinch the seam shut.

    Before making pizza, let dough sit on the counter for at least an hour.
