Preheat the oven to 200°C (420°F).

Mix 200 ml of water with 25 ml of oil and a few pinches of salt until the salt dissolves.

Add the liquid mixture to the flour in a food processor and mix until a dough forms.

Roll out the dough very thinly using a rolling pin and place it on a baking tray.

Mix crème fraîche, cottage cheese, nutmeg, and black pepper to taste.

Spread the crème fraîche mixture over the dough in a thin layer.
