  • RiceDay-old, refrigerated
  • 1 EggSeparate yolk and white
  • Light soy sauceUsukuchi soy sauce preferred
  • 1 pinch Salt/
  • 1/4 pinch MSG(optional)Optional

    Place day-old rice in a bowl.

    Microwave the rice for one minute until hot.

    Separate the egg yolk and white.

    Add the egg white to the hot rice.

    Add a pinch of salt and a dash of MSG (optional) to the rice.
