  • .5 kg Porcini mushroomsfresh or dried
  • 1/4 cup Olive oilgenerous drizzle
  • 2 cloves Garlicminced
  • 1/4 cup Parsleychopped
  • .5 tsp Saltto taste

    Clean the porcini mushrooms using a brush and a wet cloth. Avoid soaking them in water.
