Sweet Pea Fish Pie

- •300 grams Salmon
- •300 grams White fish
- •500 ml Milk
- •1 kilo PotatoesPeeled and cut into chunks
- •400 grams Frozen peas
- •2 OnionsFinely chopped
- •2 CarrotsFinely chopped
- •Olive oilFor frying
- •60 grams Flour
- •1 teaspoon Mustard
- •100 grams Frozen spinach
- •40-50 grams Cheddar cheese(optional)Grated
- •0.5 lemon Lemon juice(optional)
- •SaltTo taste
- •Black pepperTo taste
- •ButterFor mashing

Poach 300 grams of salmon and 300 grams of white fish in 500 ml of milk for about 10 minutes until it flakes.

Boil 1 kilo of peeled and chunked potatoes for about 15 minutes.

Add 400 grams of frozen peas to the potatoes for the last minute of boiling.

Drain the potatoes and peas.

Fry 2 finely chopped onions and 2 finely chopped carrots in olive oil for 10 minutes.

Add 60 grams of flour and 1 teaspoon of mustard to the pan with onions and carrots, stir in poaching milk gradually to thicken.

Add 100 grams of frozen spinach to the sauce and let it melt.

Add 40-50 grams of grated cheddar cheese and juice of half a lemon to the sauce, season with salt and pepper.

Mash the potatoes and peas with butter, salt, and pepper.

Layer the fish and sauce in a baking dish, top with mashed potatoes.
