  • 1 cup Lima beanssoaked overnight, peeled
  • 3/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Saltfor dough
  • 1 teaspoon Vanillafor dough
  • 1 Eggfor dough
  • 1/4 cup Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup Sugarfor filling
  • 1/4 teaspoon Saltfor filling
  • 1 teaspoon Vanillafor filling
  • Roasted sesame seedsfor topping

    Soak 1 cup of lima beans in cold water overnight. Peel them after soaking.

    Rinse the soaked lima beans and boil them with 1/4 cup of water. Simmer until soft, about 35 minutes.

    Mash the cooked lima beans and add 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Stir and let cool.

    Mix 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 egg, and 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk to form a dough.

    Preheat the oven. Divide the dough and filling into 8 portions each.

    Flatten each dough portion, fill with the lima bean mixture, and shape into an oval.
