- •250 g Self raising flour
- •250 g Sugar
- •4 Eggs
- •Orange zest(optional)A few bits
- •4 tbsp Lemon curd
- •5 tbsp MascarponeHeaped
- •1 tbsp Icing sugar
- •0.5 orange Orange juiceTo loosen the cream
- •1 Vanilla pod
- •1 punnet Raspberries

Preheat the oven and prepare your baking tin.

Combine 250g of butter, 250g of self raising flour, and 250g of sugar in a food processor.

Add four eggs and mix until smooth.

Add a few bits of orange zest to the batter.

Pour the batter into the prepared tin and bake until golden.

Prepare the cream by mixing mascarpone, icing sugar, orange juice, and vanilla seeds.
