  • .5 loaf FocacciaCut in half into two thin pieces
  • 1 tbsp ButterFor herb garlic butter sauce

  • .25 tsp Red pepper flakeFor herb garlic butter sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheeseShredded
  • 1 handful BasilFreshly sliced
  • .25 cup Parmesan cheeseGrated
  • 1 cup Tomato sauceFor pizza
  • 4 slices Sliced turkeyFor sandwich
  • 2 slices Provolone cheeseFor sandwich
  • 2 leaves Butter lettuceFor sandwich
  • 1 medium TomatoSliced, for sandwich
  • .25 cup PestoMixed with mayo for sandwich
  • .25 cup MayonnaiseMixed with pesto for sandwich
  • .25 cup Pickled onionsFor sandwich

    Cut the focaccia in half into two thin pieces.

    Mix butter, oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flake. Microwave until melted.

    Spread herb butter over the inside of each focaccia piece.

    Place focaccia butter side down on a hot griddle to brown.

    Flip focaccia, add tomato sauce, and cook sauce into the bread.
