Stovetop Focaccia Pizza and Sandwich

Cut the focaccia in half into two thin pieces.

Mix butter, oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flake. Microwave until melted.

Spread herb butter over the inside of each focaccia piece.

Place focaccia butter side down on a hot griddle to brown.
