- •100 mL Water
- •7 G Dried yeast
- •1 teaspoon Sugar
- •1 teaspoon Salt

Bloom the yeast by mixing it with sugar, milk, and water. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

Combine flour and salt in a bowl.

Add the yeast mixture to the flour and mix to form a dough.

Knead the dough for 10 minutes until pliable.

Place the dough in a pan, cover with a towel, and let it rise for 1 hour.

Knock the air out of the dough, divide it in half, and shape into rounds about 2 cm thick.

Place the rounds on a greased tray, dust with flour, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
