  • 2 cups Basmati ricelong grain
  • Saltto taste

    Measure 2 cups of basmati rice.

    Wash the rice under running water until the water runs clear.

    Soak the rice for 20 minutes.

    Boil 4 cups of water in a pan.

    Add the soaked rice to the boiling water.

    Add salt to taste and stir lightly.
