Ingredients
  • Beef filletminced
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Chiveschopped
  • 1 tbsp Parsleychopped
  • 1 tbsp Shallotschopped
  • 1 tbsp Caperschopped
  • 1 tbsp Gherkinchopped
  • 1 tsp Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Tabasco saucea few drops
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire saucea few drops
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste

    Mince the beef fillet using a grinder or by hand.

    Mix egg yolk with mustard to emulsify.

    Slowly add olive oil to the egg yolk mixture, whisking to create a thick dressing.

    Add chives, parsley, shallots, capers, gherkin, ketchup, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the dressing.

    Combine the dressing with the minced beef until well mixed.
