- •1 tsp Mustard
- •2 tbsp Olive oil
- •1 tbsp Chiveschopped
- •1 tbsp Parsleychopped
- •1 tbsp Shallotschopped
- •1 tbsp Caperschopped
- •1 tbsp Gherkinchopped
- •1 tsp Ketchup
- •1 tsp Tabasco saucea few drops
- •1 tsp Worcestershire saucea few drops
- •Saltto taste
- •Black pepperto taste

Mince the beef fillet using a grinder or by hand.

Mix egg yolk with mustard to emulsify.

Slowly add olive oil to the egg yolk mixture, whisking to create a thick dressing.

Add chives, parsley, shallots, capers, gherkin, ketchup, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the dressing.
