  • Whole green gramAlso known as sabut moong

    Soak whole green gram in water for 5 to 6 hours.

    Drain the soaked green gram and place it in a muslin cloth.

    Tie the muslin cloth and place it in a colander.

    Leave the colander in a warm, dark place overnight.
