- •400 ml Chicken stock
- •200 g Rice
- •2 Spring onionsSliced

Pierce the sausage casings and remove the meat.

Heat olive oil in a pan and add sliced onions. Cook for 5-6 minutes until caramelized.

Add diced red pepper and crushed garlic to the pan. Cook briefly.

Increase heat and add sausage meat to the pan. Stir quickly.

Add paprika and rice. Stir to coat the rice with flavors.

Pour in white wine to deglaze the pan, then add chicken stock. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 12-15 minutes.
