- •1 lb Mozzarella cheese(optional)
- •1/2 cup Korean pepper flakes
- •2 tbsp Korean pepper paste
- •1 tbsp Soy sauce
- •2 tbsp Cooking oil
- •1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
- •1/3 cup Rice syrup
- •6 Garlic clovesminced
- •2 tsp Gingerminced
- •Green onionchopped

Mix Korean pepper flakes, pepper paste, soy sauce, cooking oil, ground black pepper, rice syrup, minced garlic, and ginger to make a thick paste.

Dice chicken breast into 1-inch cubes and mix with the paste.

Preheat a cast iron pan and add the chicken mixture. Cook on medium-high heat for 10 minutes.

Turn down the heat, cover, and cook on low heat for another 10 minutes.

Preheat the broiler. Add mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken and broil until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.

Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
