Spicy Cumin Lamb Burger

- •125 grams Water

Mix flour, salt, yeast, baking powder, sugar, and water to form a dough. Knead for 5 minutes.

Cover dough and let rest for 30 minutes.

Knead dough again for 2 minutes, shape into a circle, and let rest for 10 minutes.

Divide dough into 4 pieces, shape into balls, and roll into 4-5 inch circles.

Cook dough in a skillet over medium heat for 1 minute per side until browned.

Slice lamb, add salt and cornstarch, and set aside.
