  • Porridge oats
  • Vanilla seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • NutmegGrated
  • Whole almonds
  • Hazelnuts
  • Fresh pearsChopped
  • Raisins
  • Cranberries(optional)Optional
  • Dried apricotsChopped
  • Dried mango(optional)Optional
  • 1 pint Milk
  • Cream
  • Demerara sugar

    Add vanilla seeds to porridge oats and rub through.

    Add cinnamon and nutmeg to oats.

    Add whole almonds and hazelnuts.

    Add fresh pears, raisins, cranberries, and chopped apricots.

    Pour in milk and mix.

    Add cream and pour mixture into a baking dish.

    Grate nutmeg on top and bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes.
