    Prepare ajo perejil by blending parsley, garlic, olive oil, and salt.

    Make sofrito by sautéing onions and peppers, then adding paprika and tomato sauce. Cook until reduced.

    Clean and prepare seafood: peel prawns, cut calamari into strips, and clean clams.

    Heat paella pan, add ajo perejil, then calamari. Cook briefly.

    Add sofrito to the pan, followed by rice. Fry rice briefly.

    Add fish stock to rice, maintaining a 3:1 stock to rice ratio. Bring to boil.
