Prepare ajo perejil by blending parsley, garlic, olive oil, and salt.

Make sofrito by sautéing onions and peppers, then adding paprika and tomato sauce. Cook until reduced.

Clean and prepare seafood: peel prawns, cut calamari into strips, and clean clams.
