  • Green beans
  • EggsCracked directly into the pot

    Heat olive oil in a pan and add garlic and onion with a little salt. Poach until soft.

    Cut potatoes into cubes and fry in another pan with olive oil, garlic, and cayenne until golden.

    Add canned tomato to the onion mixture, crush by hand, add smoked paprika, and reduce slowly.

    Add chorizo and green beans to the potatoes, stir fry for a minute, then strain.

    Combine the reduced tomato mixture with the potato mixture in a pot.
