  • Spaghetti
  • ZucchiniSliced into 2 mm slices
  • Provolone cheese(optional)Grated
  • Parmesan cheese(optional)Grated
  • Sunflower oil(optional)For frying
  • Peanut oil(optional)For frying

  • Black pepper
  • Zucchini flowers(optional)Cut into strips
  • Basil(optional)Cut into strips

    Fry zucchini in sunflower or peanut oil at 150-160°C until slightly golden.

    Grate Parmesan and Provolone cheese.

    Cut zucchini flowers and basil into strips.

    Melt butter with a ladle of hot cooking water in a double boiler.
