  • 1 clove GarlicPer person
  • 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oilPer person
  • 1 count Fresh chili pepperPer person, minced
  • Parsley(optional)Minced, for garnish

    Boil water in a pot without salt.

    Thinly slice garlic and mince chili pepper.

    Add spaghetti to boiling water for 2 minutes until flexible.

    In a skillet, heat olive oil and add garlic, chili pepper, and parsley stems. Sauté for 2 minutes.

    Transfer spaghetti to skillet and cook like risotto, adding water as needed until al dente.
