- •10 g Salt
- •7 g Yeast
- •310 ml WaterLukewarm, about 40°C or 104°F

Mix the dry ingredients (flour, salt, yeast) together in a bowl.

Add lukewarm water (310 ml) to the mixer bowl.

Add vegetable oil to the water in the mixer bowl.

Start the mixer on the slowest setting and gradually add the dry ingredients.

Mix for 10 minutes until dough is formed.

Knead the dough briefly and form into a ball.

Place dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let it prove for at least 1 hour.

Grease baking trays with lard, butter, oil, or shortening.

Turn out the dough, knock it back, and divide into 8 pieces.

Shape each piece into a ball and let rest for 5 minutes.
