Ingredients
  • 1 cup Milkwarm
  • 1 Eggroom temperature, beaten
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Yeast
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 cups Flour
  • 1 tsp Cooking oilfor greasing
  • 1 Eggfor egg wash
  • Sesame seeds(optional)for topping

    Warm the milk and mix with room temperature beaten egg, sugar, and yeast. Let it activate for 10 minutes.

    Add salt to flour and mix. Combine with the yeast mixture.

    Form dough and let it proof for 1 hour in a warm spot.

    Divide dough into 12 pieces, shape into balls, and place in a greased baking tin.

    Let dough balls rise for 45 minutes.

    Preheat oven to 180°C (355°F).

    Brush buns with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
