- •Chinese broccolior any hearty green like bok choy, kale, or broccoli florets
- •Garlicsliced
- •1 inch Gingersliced
- •2 tbsp Cornstarchmixed with water to make a slurry
- •Waterto mix with cornstarch
- •Chicken stock(optional)or water
- •Saltto taste
- •1 tsp Sugar
- •2 tbsp Neutral oillike rice bran, vegetable, or canola

Heat the wok until smoking hot.

Add 2 tablespoons of neutral oil to the wok.

Add sliced garlic and ginger to the oil and let infuse for a few seconds.

Add washed greens to the wok.

Stir fry the greens, folding them until they start to wilt.

Season with sugar and a pinch of salt.

Add a few tablespoons of chicken stock and a couple teaspoons of cornstarch slurry.
