Oil all sides of the Sicilian pan generously.

Place the dough ball in the pan and add a light layer of oil.

Press the dough out as much as possible and let it proof for about an hour.

Press the dough to the edges and dimple it to prevent air bubbles.

Cover and let it proof for at least 4 hours.
