  • Garlic(optional)
  • OnionsFried off
  • 500 g Lamb mince
  • Worcestershire sauce(optional)To taste
  • 10 g FlourFor body and texture
  • 500 ml Water
  • Beef stock potKnorr brand
  • Tomato puree(optional)To taste
  • Thyme(optional)Sprig
  • Carrots(optional)Cooked, diced
  • Swede(optional)Cooked, diced
  • 1000 g Mashed potatoes

    Fry garlic and onions until soft.

    Add lamb mince and cook until water evaporates.

    Add flour, Worcestershire sauce, tomato puree, beef stock pot, and water. Cook for 1 hour.

    Spoon mixture into a dish and allow to set.

    Spread mashed potatoes over the set mixture.

    Bake in a hot oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
