- •2 ShallotsRoughly chopped lengthwise into slivers
- •2 cups Rice bran oilOr any neutral oil like peanut, canola, or vegetable oil
- •Fresh wheat noodlesCan substitute with spaghetti or dried wheat noodles
- •1 tsp Sugar
- •2 tbsp Light soy sauceCan use shoyu
- •1 tsp Dark soy sauce(optional)Mainly for color

Cut scallion greens into large pieces and whites into finer pieces.

Roughly chop shallots lengthwise into slivers.
