Ingredients
  • 2 bunches ScallionsGreens cut into large pieces, whites cut finer
  • 2 ShallotsRoughly chopped lengthwise into slivers
  • 2 cups Rice bran oilOr any neutral oil like peanut, canola, or vegetable oil
  • Fresh wheat noodlesCan substitute with spaghetti or dried wheat noodles
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Light soy sauceCan use shoyu
  • 1 tsp Dark soy sauce(optional)Mainly for color

    Cut scallion greens into large pieces and whites into finer pieces.

    Roughly chop shallots lengthwise into slivers.

    Heat oil in a pan and add scallions and shallots. Cook until starting to brown, about 8 minutes.
