Seven Layer Burrito
A homemade version of the discontinued Taco Bell classic, the Seven Layer Burrito.

- •1 large Flour tortillaWarm it up to make it pliable
- •1 cup Spanish riceMicrowave version
- •1 cup Refried beansCanned, thinned with water
- •1/2 cup GuacamolePrepared version
- •1/4 cup Sour cream
- •1/2 cup LettuceShredded
- •1/2 cup CheeseTaco blend or three cheese blend

Warm the large flour tortilla until pliable.

Spread Spanish rice over the tortilla.

Add refried beans, thinned with water, on top of the rice.

Layer guacamole over the beans.

Add sour cream on top of the guacamole.

Sprinkle shredded lettuce over the sour cream.

Add cheese blend over the lettuce.

Top with diced tomato.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla towards the center, then fold the bottom edge up over the filling and roll tightly to seal the burrito.
