- •1 kg Musselscleaned and debearded
- •250 g Cherry tomatoeshalved
- •3 Garlic clovessliced
- •2 tbsp Olive oil
- •150 ml White wine
- •1 bunch Parsleychopped

Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente.

In a large pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften.

Pour in white wine and let it reduce slightly.
