Ingredients
  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 1 kg Musselscleaned and debearded
  • 250 g Cherry tomatoeshalved
  • 3 Garlic clovessliced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 150 ml White wine
  • 1 bunch Parsleychopped
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste

    Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente.

    In a large pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.

    Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften.

    Pour in white wine and let it reduce slightly.

    Add mussels, cover, and cook until they open.

    Drain the spaghetti and add to the pan with mussels.
