- •1 lb Clams
- •1 lb Mussels
- •2 cloves Garlicsautéed
- •2 tbsp Olive oil
- •1 Red pepperfresh
- •.5 tsp Saltto taste

- •.5 cup White winePinot Grigio
- •2 tbsp Tomato pureeSan Marzano tomatoes preferred

Cook the shellfish by sautéing garlic in olive oil, then add shellfish and cook until shells open. Discard unopened shells. Save the broth.

Set aside some cooked clams and mussels for decoration. Remove meat from the rest and soak in broth.

Cook scampi, squid, and calamari in olive oil with garlic and red pepper. Remove scampi, garlic, and pepper.

Add squid and calamari to the pan. Season with salt and black pepper. Deglaze with white wine.

Add tomato puree and cherry tomatoes. Add a pinch of salt and the saved broth. Cook for a few minutes.

Add optional mantis shrimp, clam and mussel meat, and tiny shrimp to the sauce. Add seafood broth slowly.

Cook sauce for five more minutes. Cook spaghetti al dente according to package instructions.

Toss cooked spaghetti in the seafood sauce. Add prepared seafood back to the dish before serving.
