Sea Bass with Spring Onions and Ginger

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Place sea bass on tin foil. Add a splash of toasted sesame oil.

Add spring onions cut in half and a tiny bit of white wine.

Seal the tin foil to form a bag around the fish.

Place the foil bag on the stove to heat slightly, then transfer to the oven.

Cook in the oven for 60 minutes.

Cut ginger into matchsticks and boil in water to reduce heat.

Pour the ginger-scented water over finely cut spring onions.
