Ingredients
  • 375 g Pork sausagesRemove skins
  • 1/4 tsp White pepper(optional)
  • 1 tsp Curry powder(optional)
  • 1 sheet Puff pastry38 by 23 cm
  • 1 EggFor egg wash
  • 1 tbsp Milk(optional)For egg wash

    Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).

    Remove skins from sausages and mix with white pepper and curry powder.

    Divide sausage meat into 8 portions, approximately 47 grams each.

    Unroll puff pastry and divide into 8 pieces.

    Shape sausage meat into logs and place on pastry pieces.

    Brush water on pastry edges, roll, and seal.

    Place rolls on a baking tray, leaving space between them.

    Mix egg and milk, brush over rolls, and make small cuts on top.
