Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).

Remove skins from sausages and mix with white pepper and curry powder.

Divide sausage meat into 8 portions, approximately 47 grams each.

Unroll puff pastry and divide into 8 pieces.

Shape sausage meat into logs and place on pastry pieces.

Brush water on pastry edges, roll, and seal.

Place rolls on a baking tray, leaving space between them.
