Rustic Farmhouse Loaf
A simple no-knead bread recipe for a rustic farmhouse loaf.

- •7 g YeastWarm yeast mixture
- •10 g Salt
- •2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- •Mixed seeds(optional)For topping

Mix yeast with a couple of spoons of flour and warm water. Set aside for 10 minutes to proof.

Mix flour and salt in a warm bowl using a whisk.

Add the frothy yeast mixture and vegetable oil to the flour. Mix with a wooden spoon handle until combined.

Cover the bowl and let the dough rise for 45 minutes.

Wet the work surface and hands. Turn the dough out and give it a few turns to degas. Return to the bowl for a second rise of 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).

Transfer the dough to a greased wok or baking tray. Sprinkle with mixed seeds if desired.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, spraying with water halfway through for a crispy crust.

Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.
