Ingredients
  • Beef bonesfrom the butcher
  • 1 Onioncoarsely chopped
  • 1 Norwich beef stock pot
  • 900 ml Water

    Caramelize and roast the beef bones with the coarsely chopped onion.

    Add 900 ml of water and a Norwich beef stock pot to the roasted bones and onions.

    Reduce the mixture by about half.

    Remove the fat by tilting the pan.
