- •2 Eggs
- •Olive oil
- •Milk
- •a pinch Salt
- •Ground cinnamon
- •Baking powder
- •Baking soda
- •Plain flour
- •Wholemeal flour
- •Rolled oatsplus extra for topping
- •Oil sprayfor greasing rice cooker bowl

Add the very ripe bananas to a bowl and mash well.

Add the eggs, olive oil, and milk; whisk well.

Add salt, ground cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, plain flour, wholemeal flour, and rolled oats. Mix until just combined.

Spray the rice cooker bowl with oil spray, pour in the batter, and sprinkle with more rolled oats on top.

Cook on one normal cycle using the normal rice function, then remove and serve.
